OUR Why

Our ‘why’ is simple. Create happiness. For our customers, our partners and our people.

Straightforward yet powerful.

It forms the basis for which all of our strategies, our programs, our operations and communications revolve. It is present in all aspects of our working relationships which we feel is a key pillar of our success with our partners to date.

So how did we get here?

The process to land on creating happiness was an extensive project that took almost 12mths to complete. It started with a bunch of words thrown onto a whiteboard, and ended with a “Happiness Roadshow” by the CEO taking every site through our new purpose and reason for existing, (because we know that “make the owner rich” really wasn’t going to be the reason people jumped out of bed in the morning excited to come to work!)

We know that happy staff = happy customers (which = happy partners). We are driven to create an environment where the overall happiness of our team is at the forefront, and we have committed to launching Happiness Plans for our Clublinksinians.

The purpose of these plans is to work with our team to “Create Happiness” in their lives.

As an employer we cannot guarantee we can “Create Happiness” for all, however we encourage all Clublinksinians to give it a go and lean on us to see if we can make a difference together.
