Hi I’m Chad and I’m currently enrolled in Certificate of Registration (NSW) and currently in my 10th year of strata management. I have worked for 7 years in NSW and 3 in Victoria. Prior roles include IT Project Coordination, Poker Tournament Director and Manufacturing of Ski Boats! I joined Clublinks at the end of 2021 as my skills aligned with the need for a manager who had knowledge of both NSW and Victorian Strata Legislation as we manage properties in both states. And who wouldn’t want to work for a company who manages and maintains sports, leisure and golf facilities, the perks are awesome!

I have spent over 20 years in the sports and recreation industry working in senior leadership positions for the YMCA and have been with the Clublinks team for over three years. I’ve been fortunate enough to manage some of the largest leisure and aquatic venues and contracts in Australia, re-engineering and providing strategic and operational support to key stakeholders.

Hello, I’m Beck, the Venue Manager for Toodyay Recreation Centre. I have been with Clublinks for just over a month and bring with me a number of years’ experience in pool operations, swim teaching and swim coaching along with Shopping Centre management in both Fremantle and Broome. I manage a team at the facility with a number of Junior Lifeguards as well as key stakeholders such as the Toodyay Shire, Community Clubs and our many patrons. My focus is on delivering service to our customers and community members as a whole. I’m a passionate swimmer, and my focus is on healthy activities through sport.

I oversee three DeakinACTIVE sites (all within Uni campuses) and over 100 employees. I have a huge passion for sport, am an avid footballer and have a desire for leading and developing people and overseeing major projects to encourage better communities.

I am a sport and recreation professional with 15 years experience in the sports and leisure industry as well as strong retail, administrative and organisational skills. I have held senior roles with Cricket NSW, PCYC NSW and the Sport Australia. I have had ample experience working with sport and recreation industry organisations, national and international sporting federations and other various sport and leisure bodies, most notably, being part of the organising committee for the 2012 London Olympic and Paralympic Games.
I joined CL to bring my experience and new ideas to an organisation with so many knowledgeable skilled people. The chance to grow my knowledge in industries I have not been familiar with such as golf course and strata management while also working for a company who is not afraid to speak up and challenge the status quo was also a key part of my decision to become part of the team. An opportunity to be part of the growth of footprint by CL in NSW was also an opportunity I want willing to miss out on.
I am most passionate about my family – they are the most important thing to me and setting a good example for my two girls is a major part of my daily routine. I am a total sport fanatic whether it be watching or playing! I always want to ensure I am adding value in everything I do because, otherwise it is not worth doing.

Hi, I am Matt, State Manager (WA) for Clublinks! I’ve been with the business for nearly two years and bring with me over 27 years’ golf and turf management experience. I worked for CJD Equipment and Nuturf before spending 15 years with the Town of Cambridge managing and developing Wembley Golf Course with projects such as the 80-bay driving range, mini golf and the very successful 300 acres restaurant. I oversee the fantastic teams at Collier Park Golf and The Cut as well as assisting the Clublinks team and venues with golf projects.

I manage a small operational team and major stakeholders of the Golf Course (including the Frankston City Council and the Centenary Park Golf Club) in order to deliver a fantastic service to the community of Frankston and beyond.

Ahoy ahoy, my name is Sarah and I am the Marketing Manager for Clublinks having joined the organisation in February. I come with over 13 years marketing experience, primarily focused in the NSO (National Sporting Organisation) industry having worked for Netball Australia overseeing the marketing for the Suncorp Super Netball League and Australian Diamonds. I have also worked for Basketball Australia, managing the marketing across all of business including the WNBL, Aussie Hoops junior program and Olympic teams.
I look after the marketing from a national perspective for Clublinks, which includes working with each of the Marketing Executives in my team that are based in each state, ensuring our sites are delivering success. My passion in the marketing space is very much around development of strategy that is outside the norm, creating amazing UX (both in-venue and online) and engaging storytelling.

Hi all, I’m Steve, State Manager for NSW. I have enjoyed a colourful 15-year journey from closing leveraged finance trades in the UK, to climbing through the golf operations ranks at some of Sydney’s premium golf clubs. I am now running one of the most successful and vibrant golf entertainment facilities in Australia, at Moore Park Golf.
Most recently we have expanded the footprint in the Moore Park precinct through the acquisition of the Centennial Parklands Sports Centre Management Contract and have further plans to expand the precinct into a full suite of family health and entertainment options. Much of that time was spent developing some of Australia’s premium aquatic facilities, particularly WaterMarc, Greensborough where I was intimately involved through the concept, feasibility, design and operation.
